Most plants don't like the weight of Row cover on them, so it is advisable to use hoops. The length to cut the wire depends on the widths of your own beds and the height of the plants to be covered. There is Approximately 171 ft. of wire in each Coil, and you can cut either with wire cutters or cut with a torch in 63 inch lengths. It will provide 32 hoops. Spacing should be about 3 to 5 feet apart. These will come off the Coil Pre-Bent, so they are easy to work with. Hoops are very important for season extension as plants touching row cover will get frost damage.
